Welcome! I formed Quilliam Vehicle Maintenance in 2014 in order to provide professional vehicle maintenance services to both the armed forces and local communities.
Originally an out-of-hours part-time mobile service in addition to my full-time role as an RAF Vehicle Technician, the business transitioned to a garage based operation in 2017 in order to offer additional services to my customers.
In 2019, my wife Amelia joined the business and her role is to manage general administrative tasks. Amelia brought over 20 years of customer service experience from both the retail and hospitality sector, mainly Specsavers Optical Group and De Vere Hotels.
In 2024, we were afforded the opportunity to carry out regular fleet maintenance and MOTs for Safeskys (formerly Baines Simmons) on their range of airfield wildlife management vehicles covering RAF Lossiemouth, Inverness airport and Leuchars Station.
In 2025, Quilliam Vehicle Maintenance Ltd signed the Armed Forces Covenant pledge to demonstrate our unwavering support for the armed forces community and to promote and uphold the principles of the Covenant.
Having a military background and ethos means we have a thorough understanding of the armed forces way of life and we know just how crucial safe and reliable transport is to them in order to function efficiently in that environment.
Although our customer-base is predominantly made up of armed forces personnel, we also provide the local civilian community with the same high levels of service they both expect and deserve.
We are IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry), SMTA (Scottish Motor Trade Association) and REFCOM accredited demonstrating our commitment to following industry best practices and continuous professional development. We are also fully IMI qualified to work on hybrid and electric vehicles.
